"I Am Not A Dog On A Chain" is the title of his new 13th solo album. Moz" recorded eleven songs for it in Saint-Remy, France. His longtime producer Joe Chicarelli was behind the direction. With "Bobby, Don't You Think They Know?", the first single from "I Am Not A Dog On A Chain", a collaboration with Motown legend Thelma Houston, was released in January. And it shows: Morrissey doesn't rest on his cult status. Instead, he'll reemerge in 2020 as a versatile and creative artist. "I'm Not a Dog on a Chain" is proof of that.
