The album will be released on 14 September. Diana and Tony, who is celebrating his 92nd birthday, have been friends for over twenty years. They have toured together and collaborated on several duets for Bennet's albums. Love Is Here To Stay, however, is their first venture together. Recorded with the Grammy-winning Bill Charlap Trio, the result is a delicate, sophisticated and beautiful love letter to the music of the Gershwins, complete with masterful vocals, phrasing and compositional and lyrical genius.Love Is Here To Stay was produced by Dan Bennet and Bill Charlap.
