Jedno album, dvě premiéry

Synth-popoví indie rockeři Future Islands z Blatimore vydávají v roce 2020 nové, šesté album, které navazuje na "The Far Field" z roku 2017.

A spolu s ním slaví dvě premiéry: "As Long As You Are" je jednak prvním albem, na kterém se jako plnohodnotný člen kapely podílel bubeník Mike Lowry, a jednak prvním, které si Future Islands sami produkovali.

Podpořil je zvukový inženýr Steve Wright, v jehož Wrightway Studios v Baltimoru nové písně také nahráli.

Je jich celkem jedenáct, včetně dvou singlů "For Sure" a "Thrill".

Sami Future Islands označují "As Long As You Are " za desku o návratu domů s písněmi o přítomnosti, minulosti i budoucnosti. My ji označujeme za indierockový vrchol roku 2020.
