The Lawrence Arms are a punk rock band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 1999. The band consists of bassist and co-vocalist Brendan Kelly, guitarist and co-vocalist Chris McCaughan, and drummer Neil Hennessy. They are known for their gritty punk sound and introspective lyrics that often reflect on personal and societal themes.
