Legendary Australian Rock Vocalist of AC/DC

Bon Scott was the lead singer of the Australian rock band AC/DC from 1974 until his untimely death in 1980. Born Ronald Belford Scott on July 9, 1946, in Forfar, Scotland, he moved to Australia with his family in 1952. Before joining AC/DC, Scott played in several other bands including The Valentines and Fraternity. His distinctive vocal style and charismatic stage presence played a significant role in AC/DC's rise to fame. With Bon Scott as the frontman, AC/DC released several successful albums such as "High Voltage," "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap," "Let There Be Rock," and "Highway to Hell."
