"Presenting The Fabulous Ronettes (Featuring Veronica)" je jediné studiové album skupiny a dostalo se na seznam 500 nejlepších alb všech dob časopisu Rolling Stone. V roce 2004 byly The Ronettes uvedeny do Rock And Roll Hall of Fame.
