Pierre Michael "Peter" Schilling je jednou z velkých hvězd Neue Deutsche Welle. V roce 2021 vydává tento německý zpěvák znovu svůj debut "Fehler im System" jako LP na Zeleném vinylu.

Schilling album produkoval a vydal v roce 1982. První singl "Major Tom (völlig losgelöst)" se v témže roce dostal na první místo hitparády v Německu, Rakousku a Švýcarsku a dodnes patří k nejúspěšnějším hitům Neue Deutsche Welle. Singl číslo dvě, "Die Wüste lebt", dosáhl v létě 1983 sedmého místa. Album "Fehler im System" se dostalo na druhé místo v Německu a na čtvrté místo v Rakousku.
