Moby's latest album Reprise is now available in a special limited edition! The six-page digipack contains a carefully designed booklet with a personal essay by the musician and a rich selection of photographs, also taken by the artist himself. A classic by an iconic figure of electronic music on the Deutsche Grammophon label, Reprise contains the most beautiful compositions of his thirty-year career in orchestral and acoustic arrangements. These include "Go", "Porcelain", "Extreme Ways", "Natural Blues" and "Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?". The American musician also recorded a moving cover version of David Bowie's "Heroes". Moby will be accompanied by the Budapest Art Orchestra, a string quartet and top guests such as Skylar Grey, Kris Kristofferson, Víkingur Ólafsson and Gregory Porter. A special edition Blu-ray of "Moby Reprise" & "Moby Doc" will be released by Deutsche Grammophon on November 12, 2021. The special edition offers not only the classic material of the cult figure of electronic music on CD, but also a Blu-ray with a wealth of visuals, including the 90-minute surreal biopic "Moby Doc". In "Moby Doc", Moby tells the story of his music and tumultuous life - from underground punk to solo artist, from lost drug addict to vegan activist. The documentary is a combination of reconstruction and archival footage and includes interviews with David Lynch and David Bowie as well as rare concert footage. In addition to the film and a surround mix of Moby's successful Dolby Atmos album "Reprise" with two bonus tracks, the videos offer a behind-the-scenes look. You'll see Amythyst Kiah and Gregory Porter recording "Natural Blues", as well as making-of productions for "Porcelain", "The Lonely Night", "Natural Blues", "God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters", "Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?", "The Great Escape" and Moby's tribute to Bowie: "Heroes".
