Machine Gun Kelly releases a new song, the rock track my ex's best friend with singer, producer and songwriter blackbear. Together in the song, they gloomily reflect on the convoluted tangle when you start to like your ex's best friend. Instead of the depression of a breakup, they find solace in their ex's best friend, and so rediscover love. My Ex's Best Friend is a song continuing the summer mood of Machine Gun Kelly's music space as he prepares his fifth studio album Tickets To My Downfall. Machine Gun Kelly's album Bloom in particular brought him to the attention of the wider public. The record featured singles such as the single Bad Things featuring a guest appearance by former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello, which has received over a quarter of a billion views on YouTube alone. Currently, "MGK's" latest album is Hotel Diablo, which like all three previous albums debuted in the top five of the Billboard charts. The record features, among others, the track "Hollywood Whore," a tribute to the late Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, and the single "I Think I'm Okay," on which MGK collaborated with Yungblud and Travis Barker.
