Po deseti letech rostoucí produktivity se díky nemožnosti koncertovat naskytla kapele příležitost vytvořit novou hudbu a podělit se o ni s dalšími talentovanými umělci: "Na remixové album jsme čekali dlouho. Možná to bylo vědomé, možná ne. Ale teď nastal ten správný čas. Tím nechci říct, že "Butterfly 3000" mělo největší smysl remixovat. Může se to zdát samozřejmé, ale není. Ano, je to elektronika. Ale to je i lednička. Zkoušeli jste někdy tančit na "Butterfly"? Je to těžké. Sváže vám to tkaničky. Ve své jednoduchosti je dvojsmyslná. Ale "Butterfly 3001" jde ještě o krok dál. Také uhýbá a ruší. Je nám ctí, že na těchto písních pracovali tak vážení lidé. Doufáme, že se vám toto album bude líbit stejně jako nám. Uvidíme se v DA CLUBU!!!" - Joey Walker
