A showcase of works for the pop legend's big anniversary On 19 February 2017, the legendary Austrian rock singer Johann "Hans" Hölzel, aka Falco, would have celebrated his 60th birthday. To mark this special occasion, an equally special collection of the artist's songs is now being released: 'Falco 60'. In various formats, "Falco 60" is dedicated to the entire career of the German-speaking pop superstar in sound and image. First of all, there is a double CD. In addition to Falco's greatest hits "Rock Me Amadeus", "Der Kommissar", "Helden von Heute", "Junge Römer", "Vienna Calling" and "Jeanny", it also contains rarities such as "Alles im Liegen", "Body Next To Body" (duet with Brigitte Nielsen), "Mutter, der Mann mit dem Koks ist da" and the posthumously released "Out Of The Dark". Other highlights include four new remixes by contemporary Austrian artists Ogris Debris, Milo Mills, Ynnox and international superstar Parov Stelar. Falco's loyal fans can also look forward to a 3CD box set, which additionally includes some previously unreleased versions, rare mixes and collaborative tracks with Opus, Curt Cress, the Bolland brothers, Brigitte Nielsen and Thomas Lang. Fans of the records will be in for a treat with a special limited edition double LP on yellow vinyl. Last but not least, "Falco 60" is also available as a two-DVD set. They show previously unreleased concert recordings, rare TV appearances, for example on the "ZDF Hitparade", "Formel Eins" or "Wetten, dass...?", music videos from the album "Junge Römer" and Falco's first concert with the band on Popkrone 1982. This great showcase of work once again celebrates the pop legend Falco. "Falco 60" combines the artist's hits and exciting rarities.
