Jamaican Reggae Artist and Producer

Tapper Zukie, born David Sinclair in 1955 in Kingston, Jamaica, is a reggae deejay and producer known for his influential work in the 1970s. He gained prominence with his unique toasting style over dub tracks. After being spotted by Bunny Lee, a notable figure in the reggae music industry, Zukie's career took off when he moved to England. There, he worked with the Virgin Records subsidiary Front Line and became a significant figure in the UK reggae scene.
