High-definition audio support

Enjoy superior audio fidelity with your favorite high-definition audio tracks. ALAC, FLAC and WAV formats are supported at up to 192 kHz/24 bits. It is also compatible with 2.8/5.6 MHz DSD files. Play HD audio tracks from a USB drive or other connected drives over the network or from Amazon Music HD with a subscription. Regular MP3 and WMA files are also supported.


Bluetooth Audio Transmitter

Pair your favorite Bluetooth headphones with the receiver to listen to your favorite music, movies or TV shows at night. You can also play audio from both Bluetooth speakers and headphones at the same time. If you have a family member or friend with a hearing impairment, we recommend this setup. Denon Setup Guide

The award-winning Denon Setup Assistant provides simple, clear instructions on how to get started. Simply connect the receiver to your TV and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the speakers, take speaker measurements and connect source devices. For added convenience, the receiver automatically renames the HDMI inputs when connected or you can rename them manually at your discretion.


Denon AVR Remote app

This control app for iOS or Android allows you to control the network receiver, such as changing inputs, audio modes, volume, save and load speed dials, view receiver status, input and output signal information, change selectable settings, etc. Once HEOS music is selected, the AVR remote control application will automatically switch to the HEOS application for seamless control between the 2 applications.
