Wage War is an American metalcore band from Ocala, Florida, formed in 2010. The band consists of lead vocalist Briton Bond, rhythm guitarist and vocalist Cody Quistad, lead guitarist Seth Blake, bassist Chris Gaylord, and drummer Stephen Kluesener. They have been known for their melodic approach to metalcore, combining heavy riffs and breakdowns with melodic choruses and introspective lyrics. Wage War signed with Fearless Records and released their debut album "Blueprints" in 2015, which received positive reviews and helped establish their presence in the metalcore scene. They followed up with their sophomore album "Deadweight" in 2017, which continued to build their reputation for energetic live performances and a dedicated fanbase. Their third album "Pressure" was released in 2019, showcasing a slight shift towards a more accessible sound while still retaining their core heaviness. The band's fourth studio album "Manic" was released in 2021, further exploring different sounds and themes while maintaining the intensity that they are known for. Throughout their career, Wage War has been recognized for their relentless touring schedule and have participated in numerous tours and festivals, gaining a reputation as a must-see live act within the heavy music community.
