Tooth & Nail

Tooth and Nail started as a project that was initially made by 3 of the 4 classic member of Dokken: Jeff Pilson and George Lynch with Mick Brown (2) after the option for an original Dokken lineup reunion were trashed but they wanted to do something together without Don Dokken since a long time. After that, it was a brainchild idea from drummer Brian Tichy who suggested to them made something like already happens with the members of Black Sabbath when their reunion failed and ended in the Heaven and Hell project. Also as the next Lynch Mob (2) recording has some problems too, the option was open and they started the recording with the main goal to have a half of original songs with Brian Tichy as drummer and the other half just new re-recording of classic songs from Dokken but with Mick Brown (2) plus several guest vocalists like: Ripper Owens, Doug Pinnick, Robert Mason and Sebastian Bach was over the table. But later in 2012 they were forced to change band name to T&N, due to legal concerns, as the name was already trademarked, but this problem don't stop them and ended releasing their 1st and only album until today.
