Tilian Pearson, known mononymously as Tilian, is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He is best known for his role as the clean vocalist in the post-hardcore band Dance Gavin Dance. Tilian's career began with the progressive rock band Tides of Man, where he served as the lead vocalist before departing in 2010. After leaving Tides of Man, he pursued a solo career and has released several solo albums, including "The Skeptic" in 2018 and "Factory Reset" in 2021. His solo work showcases a more pop-oriented sound compared to his work with Dance Gavin Dance. Throughout his career, Tilian has been praised for his distinctive voice and dynamic vocal range, contributing to his success both as a band member and as a solo artist.
