Some of the songs are up to 20 years old, but still sound fresh and new. The album offers the full spectrum of the collective's sound, from the garage funk of Bus People Express to the deep jazz of singer Baja to the pan-African psych-jazz of the Whitefield Brothers. The album features two previously unreleased Transgressors tracks, released simultaneously as a limited seven-inch.
