On July 9, 1995, the Grateful Dead performed at Chicago's historic Soldier Field for the last time before frontman Jerry Garcia died of a heart attack a month later. Before the end of December that year, the band announced their breakup. On July 3, 4 and 5, 2015, the Grateful Dead reunited at the same venue where they played their last concert in 1995. With "Grateful Dead: Fare Thee Well (Live Best Of)," a comprehensive compilation of the legendary July 5 concert is now available on two CDs, two DVDs and two Blu-ray discs. The entire show is also available in the "Grateful Dead: Fare Thee Well" set, which includes a total of three CDs and two DVDs or Blu-rays. Approximately 200,000 people attended the band's 50th anniversary celebration and remembrance of Jerry Garcia. Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart were on stage together again and played two sets of many of their greatest hits three nights in a row. They were backed by Trey Anastasio on guitar, Jeff Chimenti on keyboards and Bruce Hornsby on piano. With "Grateful Dead: Fare Thee Well (Live Best Of)", the best of the band's legendary final performance is finally out. This concert is a piece of rock history and a must see, and not just for the Deadheads!
