Social Distortion's debut album Posh Boy's Little Monsters was released in 1981. The album was recorded in just two days and has been considered a punk classic ever since. All ten songs on the album have a fast-paced energy and the lyrics focus on teenage angst and rebellion. Although the album was not a commercial success, many punk bands over the years have cited it as an influence.
