The album "Red Pill Blues" will be released on November 3!The American band Maroon 5, a three-time winner of the prestigious Grammy Award, which has sold more than 20 million albums and 48 million singles to date, has announced the release of its anticipated studio album. Their sixth album will be released on 3 November under the title Red Pill Blues.The album is executive produced by J. Kash, who has previously worked on several of the band's hits, but is also known for his collaborations with Charlie Puth, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Carly Rae Jepsen. Red Pill Blues will also feature several special guests - American r&b singer SZA, pop star Julia Michaels and American rappers A$AP Rocky and LunchMoney Lewis.The release of the album was preceded by the phenomenal success of Maroon 5 over the past twelve months. Exactly one year ago, the seven-piece band from Los Angeles unveiled the single Don't Wanna Know featuring guest Kendrick Lamar, which reached the Top 10 on the charts in fifteen countries and has racked up nearly 320 million views on YouTube/VEVO. They repeated similar success with Cold from this winter, which has more than 254 million streams on Spotify and nearly 110 million views on YouTube/VEVO. It was the single Cold, however, that was the absolute breakthrough for Maroon 5 - it was the twelfth consecutive single to reach the Top 10 Hot 100, making Maroon 5 the most successful band in the history of the chart.The band is currently storming the top of the charts with the single What Lovers Do featuring guest vocalist SZA, which is approaching the 100 million stream mark on Spotify and around 50 million views on YouTube. All of the aforementioned songs will of course be found on the new album Red Pill Blues, which will offer a full fifteen songs in its basic version.
