The current album is the follow-up to the spectacular albums The Ballad Of Joe Henry (2009), Black Rock (2010) and Dust Bowl (2011), with which he shot to the top of the world charts and won glorious awards almost every month. What these wonderful albums have in common is Bonamassa's unmistakable charismatic voice, fiery guitar and multi-faceted songwriting. Driving Towards The Daylight was produced by Bonamassa's longtime collaborator Kevin Shirley (Led Zeppelin, Black Country Communion, Iron Maiden and many more).
