ELP's eighth album in a new sound Friends of progressive rock, beware: Several classic albums by the legendary Emerson, Lake and Palmer will be reissued in 2017, on LP and in an expanded version on a double CD. It includes "Black Moon," the British supergroup's eighth and penultimate studio album. The ten-song album was originally released on June 27, 1992. After the release of "Love Beach" in 1978, ELP broke up and the three musicians pursued other musical projects. "Black Moon" was thus a sort of comeback album, but it was not as successful as its predecessors. For the re-release of "Black Moon" all tracks were completely remastered by Andy Pearce. The bonus disc of the double CD also includes a remastered live recording of ELP's legendary 1992 concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. The complete track listing for the deluxe edition of "Black Moon" can be found below. In addition, the CD version comes with extensive liner notes featuring new interviews and rare photos from the ELP archives. "Black Moon", the eighth album by the legendary ELP, is now available in a remastered and expanded reissue. In addition to "Black Moon", a remastered reissue of "In The Hot Seat" will be released in 2017.
