The album "+Justments" was released in 1974 during the heyday of the unique soul languor BILL WITHERS. After the successful studio albums "Just As I Am" and "Still Bill" and the impressive live album "Live At Carnegie Hall", WITHERS was finally able to assemble his own backing band. For this project, he chose members of CHARLES WRIGHT & THE WATTS 103RD STREET RHYTHM BAND - a group that rose to prominence on the funk scene in the early 1970s.
