This is the fourth studio effort from brothers and founding members Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe, and David Roads and Justin Street, and will surely cement their reputation. The first single, the title track, already makes it clear what you can expect from "Breakin' Outta Hell": roaring riffs, driving drums, and a voice between singing and screaming that sounds wonderful in your ears. It leaves an impression twelve times bigger if you count the bonus track "Bombshell". And to make "Breakin' Outta Hell" sound the way it does, Airbourne collaborated with Bob Marlett again after many years. This producer was already responsible for their first album "Runnin' Wild" in 2007 and has also worked for bands like Black Sabbath and Alice Cooper. The mixing was done by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Aerosmith). They stay true to themselves and keep getting better: Airbourne are the modern hope of hard rock. On their new album "Breakin' Outta Hell" they deliver - just by the name - a perfect soundtrack that just gets you.
