In the 1980s, the German heavy metal band Accept, along with the Scorpions, was one of the most internationally known bands on the German rock scene. Accept are considered the pioneers of German heavy metal. In 1986, the band released their seventh album "Russian Roulette", which they produced themselves in the famous Dierks studio. The re-release of "Russian Roulette" is now out in a remastered expanded edition and also includes three bonus live tracks from 1985, including a booklet with informative notes by well-known music journalist Malcolm Dome (Metal Hammer and Classic Rock).
