2Cellos is a Croatian cello duo formed by Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser. They became internationally known after their cover version of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" went viral on YouTube. Their album "Let There Be Cello" was released in 2018 and consists of cover versions of popular songs such as Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You", AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" and Vanessa Carlton's "A Thousand Miles". The album was met with positive reviews. The Guardian gave it four stars out of five, praising the duo's "technical brilliance" and their "drive to make each song their own". The album was a commercial success and reached number one in the classical music charts in the United Kingdom and the United States.
